At Sold Out, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that limited edition drops and archive sales are considered final sale unless otherwise specified.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-10 business days.
